How do you put on Press On Nails?

This information is key if you want your nails to not come off shortly after putting them on:

  • Nail preparation: Start by using the mini buffer to lightly file the surface of your nails and create a smooth base for application. With the orange stick, push the cuticle back. Next, clean your natural nails with one of the alcohol pads included in the kit to remove any oil or dirt residue.

    • Applying press on nails WITH STICKERS: You can apply press on nails with stickers or glue. With stickers they will last (2-3 days), that is, for a specific occasion where you want to change or remove them more easily. Simply find the sticker that fits each of your nails and stick them on them, leaving a few millimeters between the cuticle and the sticker. Remove the protective plastic, press the nail on the edge of the sticker and push the nail at 45º towards the cuticle. Apply pressure to ensure a firm hold always downwards.

    • Application of press on nails WITH GLUE: With glue they can last up to 3 weeks, as long as you have prepared the nail correctly and you are careful when wearing them. Apply a small amount of glue to the back of each press on nail and to your natural nail. Then, firmly press each press on nail onto your natural nails, starting from the cuticle and pressing down for a few seconds to ensure good adhesion. Repeat this process with all the nails.

    TIPS

    • If you want better adhesion with the stickers, apply hot air with a dryer before removing the protective plastic.
    • If the nail is slightly larger than your natural nail, file the edges of the press-on nail until it fits perfectly.
    • It is important that you use the mini buffer and the alcohol wipe to remove the natural oil from your nails and prevent them from coming off after a few days.
